El equipo de Gobierno ha decidido montar un circuito de calistenia en el municipio para fomentar est\u00e1 pr\u00e1ctica deportiva entre los vecinos, pero sobre todo entre los j\u00f3venes villanoveros. El nuevo espacio se encuentra ubicado en el parque Juan de Barrionuevo Moy\u00e1, junto a la piscina municipal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEs el deporte de moda y en el pueblo hay bastante afici\u00f3n a esta pr\u00e1ctica deportiva. Adem\u00e1s, hay un grupo muy importante de j\u00f3venes de entre 15 y 20 a\u00f1os que lo practican\u201d, explica el alcalde de Villanueva de la Reina, Blas Alves.  La Calistenia o Street Workout es un deporte que se lleva a cabo en la calle y consiste en un sistema de entrenamiento basado en la realizaci\u00f3n de ejercicios usando el propio peso corporal y el entorno del que se dispone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El nuevo espacio consiste en una serie de aparatos dise\u00f1ados para la pr\u00e1ctica de este deporte, con cada vez m\u00e1s adeptos entre la poblaci\u00f3n, especialmente los j\u00f3venes. Si existe demanda, la idea es instalar estos parques en todos los distritos del municipio. Alves explica que se trata de una nueva instalaci\u00f3n deportiva abierta las 24 horas, \u201ccon las que queremos seguir fomentando la actividad saludable y el deporte en el municipio de Villanueva. Si en los a\u00f1os 80 se primaban principalmente los deportes del f\u00fatbol y del baloncesto, en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os hemos ido sumando otras actividades que solicitan los j\u00f3venes e incluso los adultos\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Villanueva de la Reina ya cuenta con un nuevo espacio biosaludable.
